POPULAR Belief is that Dr. Montagnier NEVER Intended for his VIRUS, to be NAMED THE CAUSE OF ANY DISEASE. The French VIRUS was used to develop the First Tests for HIV. Through INDIRECT MEANS. "A test for the ANTIBODIES to HIV." This is The Popular Thought. Or so it has been said.

Dr. Robert Gallo (jumped the GUN). By developing such TESTS, without providing any definite PROOF, that IT (HIV), caused any disease.

This (along with several other actions) are what led into The French LAWSUIT against The Americans. Something that is NEVER DISCUSSED amongst COMMON FOLKS. 

Along with the FACT that Dr. Robert Gallo tried to "make HIV, his OWN." The SAMPLE that the French Doctor sent to GALLO.

 Now 3 years after AIDS Disease began infecting people in the United States (1981). This RETROVIRUS, HIV (or so, some scientists say) CAUSES the EPIDEMIC of The Century.

The DISCOVERER of HIV, who received The Noble Prize in 2009, for his Discovery in 1983 (of HIV) Could Not provide another Nobel Prize Winner (Dr. Kary Mullis) with a LEGITIMATE SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE! 

During the 1980's and the first part of the 1990's. The only way you could see HIV was through Cell Culture. And by using PCR. Dr. Kary Mullis invented PCR.

Moving The Goal Post! This is what the Promoters of HIV, have been doing. 

1. HIV was the SOLE and SUFFICIENT CAUSE OF AIDS Disease. A DIRECT CAUSE!

*They couldn't PROVE this. 

No Proof that HIV could Kill Cells. No "CELL-KILLING MECHANISMS" within ITS MAKEUP. For one, IT (HIV) doesn't produce a POISON (amongst many other necessities). 

HIV DOESN'T produce DNA, RNA, or PROTEINS at any STAGE of AIDS Disease. All this is Necessary for ANY PATHOGEN to CAUSE a DISEASE. 

And if the BODY can replace the blood-cells QUICKER than the ONES being LOST, the DISEASE never HAPPENS.

2. Then they were saying that "HIV caused the DISEASE of AIDS, INDIRECTLY, by getting in the WAY of the Normal FUNCTIONING of the Immune System." Not that HIV Kills Cells (because there's No Proof that it does). But it just gets in the way.

 *They couldn't PROVE this either. SCIENTISTS can HARDLY find HIV when they go looking for it. This thing they call HIV is no bigger than a head of a PIN!

3. Well IT (HIV) didn't CAUSE the DISEASE DIRECTLY, or INDIRECTLY. But ALONG with CO-FACTORS CAUSED the DISEASE of AIDS. 

*Yeap, that's right. You guessed it. They (the Proponents of HIV) couldn't PROVE this either. 

They (the MEDICAL SCIENTISTS of the World) did a lot of Talking with very little PROOF. 

They NEVER crossed the GOAL LINE!

Read SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE in following paragraph!

The MAJOR BIT of EVIDENCE that should be known about CITING HIV as The PROBABLE CAUSE OF AIDS Disease... is that a SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE for the "fact finding process" doesn't EXIST! 

This is The Process (written out in DETAIL) of how The Discoverers of HIV, came to the Legitimate Conclusion that "HIV could be The PROBABLE CAUSE OF AIDS Disease." 

The SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE doesn't Exist. In other WORDS, nothing that Other LEGITIMATE Scientists can VALIDATE. 

The REASON why HIV CANNOT be Validated as the Legitimate Cause of ANY DISEASE (let alone AIDS) is because there's NO PROOF. 

The DISCOVERY PHASE was NEVER Completed. 

The ANNOUNCEMENT made without LEGITIMATE PROOF.

 Every NEW PATHOGEN (DISEASE CAUSER) has to have a SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE to verify ITS PROVEN CAPABILITY and EXISTENCE. 

HIV DOESN'T have an EXPLAINED PROCESS. Which is referred to as Legitimate MEDICAL LITERATURE! 

This is why it is CALLED "The HIV HYPOTHESIS!" And during The Announcement, back on April 23, 1984. Health and Human Services Director Margaret Heckler stated "HIV as The Probable Cause of AIDS Disease." Not The CAUSE. But as The PROBABLE CAUSE! 

These people are Slick (in my opinion). I have The Video Tape of The Announcement.

"The meaning of HYPOTHESIS is THEORY. A starting point for further research and investigation. "

Look it UP! Never mind all the MEDICAL BOOKS in EXISTENCE, which states HIV as The CAUSE OF AIDS. None are considered to be a SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE. 

The SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE stands ALONE! 

If there was a LEGITIMATE SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE in EXISTENCE. Every Newspaper in the World would be carrying The STORY! WE haven't heard a PEEP! And neither have you! And YOU WON'T. Because none EXIST. This should be GREAT INFORMATION to bring up in a COURT of LAW! What do you THINK? Let the Promoters of HIV produce The Documents!

 I worked in TRAINING for Engineering at The General Electric Plant located in Pinellas Park for 6 years, during the Summer.

Mr. Levine, a Rutgers Alumni, was with ME from 10th thru12th Grades. And thru College. He worked as an Engineer.

NOW, here comes the Big Announcement of HIV. A RETROVIRUS that the American Guy stole from the French Guy.

The French Guy, Luc Antoine Montagnier, discovered it. Montagnier received The Nobel Prize for DISCOVERY in 2008.

This is the SAME Sarasota Team that WE beat earlier in the YEAR by The Score of 105-74! 

This TIME we're playing THEM at HOME. 

The Tornadoes also (earlier in the YEAR) went to Titusville (Florida) High School.  And beat THEM, pretty GOOD.

 A Friday and Saturday Night GAME! 

HELD BOTH TEAMS to 39 POINTS on consecutive Nights!

 The Tornadoes (my team) were able to BEAT these guys 4 straight times. 

During the 4th GAME, everyone KNOWS everyone. You've played these guys so many TIMES. 

But WE were lucky to pull this ONE OUT! The 1st Victory of The District Playoffs. Made Clearwater with a combined RECORD of 24-2. Ranked 4th in The State! 

The 2 LOSSES were by a COMBINED total of 5 points. 

77-73 to Gibbs (St. Petersburg, Florida). 

And to Dunedin by 1 point. 

We ENDED The Season at 24-3, while Suffering a 3rd loss by 4 points, 62-58.

 3 LOSSES by 9 POINTS!

 District Playoffs....

Meanwhile The Dunedin Falcons lost earlier to The Northeast Vikings. And ended up with a RECORD of 8-18, my SENIOR YEAR. 

Again, Clearwater was 24-3!

 The PREVIOUS YEAR The Falcons were 7-16. A 2 YEAR RECORD of 15-34. A lot of these guys I, Lemuel Bradham, went to school with at the ALL BLACK SCHOOL, Pinellas Junior/Senior High. A COMBINATION Junior/Senior High School.

 WE ( Clearwater High) had lost to The Falcons 44-43. 

2 WEEKS later, Clearwater High beat Dunedin by the Score of 66-44. Avenging the EARLIER LOSS!

During the 2 years at Clearwater High. My Junior and Senior Year, The Tornadoes beat Dunedin  3 out of 4 GAMES. By a total of 73 points.

 Yet MULTIPLE YEARS later, some of Dunedin's PLAYERS are still BRAGGING about that 1 point VICTORY.

 But they (some of THEIR GUYS) never say ANYTHING, about the LOSSES to Clearwater High (during this 2 year period). 

AMAZING! 

Clearwater FINISHED 1st both of those YEARS. In The Pinellas County Conference!

 The Champions! 

Dunedin finishes 7th and 8th (for the 2 year period).

 With a RECORD of 15-34!

And THEY ARE still BRAGGING! 

The Tornadoes get RANKED as High as 4th in The STATE POLLS my SENIOR YEAR. As High as No. 1 my JUNIOR YEAR. The STATE POLLS! The Dunedin Falcons are NOWHERE ON THE RADAR.

YET these guys are STILL BRAGGING!

ABOVE:  80-61 victory over Gibbs High School of St. Petersburg, Florida. 

They had beaten Clearwater High, the 1st Time around by the SCORE of 77-73. But later in the year, The Tornadoes came back and got THEM!

 After losing to Gibbs High by 4 points, The Tornadoes would go on a 9 game winning streak. 

And then after losing to Dunedin by 1 point (44-43), The Tornadoes would go on a 15 game winning streak. 

We did come back and beat Dunedin by The Score of 66-44. 

The Tornadoes (My Team) had Dunedin down 15-0, before they (Dunedin) had scored Their 1st points!

 And THEY were playing at HOME! 

WE didn't want to leave ANY DOUBTS! As WHO was the BETTER TEAM. 

They KNOW!

 Gibbs High was last year's Class A State Champions. Norman "Shaky" Stevenson, The All-American, was their ACE. 

Clearwater High was classed AA, that particular year. 

When the 2 Teams met at The Bayfront Center Auditorium, we (the BOTH of US) set the Attendance Record for the State of Florida with over 8,000 screaming fans.

 WE (the BOTH of US) played twice at The Bayfront that SEASON. Each Time, Record Setting. 

Clearwater lost both of those GAMES. Norman "Shaky" Stevenson was just TOO MUCH! 

This was My JUNIOR YEAR!

The first game of Coach Wilson's Tenure at Clearwater High School was against Gibbs. The VICTORY, a close one, 62-55, helped to propel Clearwater High School to the Number 1 ranking in the STATE. 

The GAME was played at The Tornadoes' Gymnasium. 

My JUNIOR YEAR. 

I , Lemuel Bradham, only played 4 minutes of that game. The starting 6 members of The Team, did ALL the Heavy Lifting. 

Not ME!

 I was just GLAD to.play in Coach Wilson's (first-ever) game at Clearwater High School.

 It was by far, a Great Experience for Me, being that I was a WALK-ON.

 I, Lemuel Bradham, attended Rutgers University, Livingston College on an Academic Scholarship. Which was sponsored by PRIVATE Millionnaires from Dunedin, Florida. The Weidemanns!

I, Lem Bradham, was the 2nd leading Scorer on the basketball team behind 6'7" All-American Wide RECEIVER Joel Parker. The football team, 10-0 during the regular season. 

Parker was the MVP on the basketball team. 

I, Lemuel Bradham, led the team in steals and assists. Named the Top Defensive Player. And received The Award for High Scholastic Achievement. The basketball player with the Highest Grade Point Average.

Parker goes on to play pro football for Hank Shram, and the New Orleans Saints. After spending 4 years as a University of Florida Gator.

A National Advisory Board who met in Chicago, Illinois (once a year) selected ME. After my principal had nominated several students from Clearwater High. I am glad that The National Board Of Advisors (16 National Members) saw fit to choose ME. There were 3 students (in all) selected from CHS.

The NEXT DAY, I, Lemuel Bradham, COULD NOT find THE STORY in the NEWSPAPERS.

The American Scientists were trying to STEAL the DISCOVERY of HIV. And were being INVESTIGATED FOR IT. GALLO and  HIS GROUP were being INVESTIGATED for a NUMBER OF OFFENSES, including THE  ANNOUNCEMENT that "HIV was the CAUSE OF AIDS." GALLO supplied NO DEFINITIVE PROOF, that IT (HIV) was the CAUSE OF AIDS! UNTIL today, 2018, some 34 years plus. OF NONPROOF that HIV CAUSES AIDS!

NO DEFINITiVE PROOF that HIV CAUSES ANY DISEASE!

 After making THE ANNOUNCEMENT on April 23, 1984. THERE hasn't SURFACED a SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE which VALIDATES (real PROOF) that HIV CAUSES ANY DISEASE, let ALONE it be the DISEASE of AIDS. SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE refers to THE PROCESS. So OTHER SCIENTISTS can DUPLICATE THE STEPS. And arrive at the SAME CONCLUSION. This hasn't happened YET. After 34 years of The ANNOUNCEMENT that "HIV was the CAUSE OF AIDS. This hasn't happened YET!"

 As far BACK as the days of SOCRATES. This was THE PROCESS. CONFIRM or DENY.

ALL of what these Scientists are saying, is based on THEORY. A LOT of PEOPLE know this ALREADY!

The LAWSUIT (BELOW) was eventually Dropped. But the NOBEL AWARDS COMMITTEE recognized Luc Antoine Montagnier (a FRENCHMAN) as The Rightful Discoverer, some 25 years later. 

HIV was discovered in 1983. A year before The Americans. AND Montagnier received The NOBEL, in 2008!

IMPORTANT MESSAGE! Do NOT GIVE UP ON a CURE for AIDS DISEASE. OUR FOCUS (Lemuel Bradham's Group) (The AUTHOR) is on SYPHILIS. This is THE TRUE CAUSE of AIDS Disease.

The MAIN CRUST of OUR ARGUMENT lies in the PROCEDURES used to IDENTIFY HIV. 

Luc Montagnier, the DISCOVERER of HIV, has ALREADY ANNOUNCED that "HIS VIRUS (HIV) doesn't KILL CELLS." "Therefore, CANNOT be the CAUSE of AIDS." 

Montagnier made this sort of ANNOUNCEMENT, many times over the years. 

Montagnier also made REFERENCE to the ISOLATES (originally tested, and in following YEARS), as "NOT BEING PURIFIED." 

As observed by Microscopic PROCEDURES, the ISOLATE has to be PURIFIED. EVERY PARTICLE brings ITS OWN PROTEINS, with IT.

 You do not want ONE PARTICLE'S PROTEINS bumping into ANOTHER PARTICLE'S PROTEINS.

 PROTEINS definitely affect EACH OTHER.

The EXISTENCES are so (Microscopically Small), ONE EXISTENCE has to AFFECT the OTHER. 

If the EXISTENCES CANNOT be Separated Microscopically (Electron Microscopy), you have an UNPURIED ISOLATE. 

There is NO WAY AROUND IT.

 ONE EXISTENCE'S PROTEINS can AFFECT ANOTHER EXISTENCE'S PROTEINS, tremendously!

Here, there in, lies the Problem.

 HIV has NEVER BEEN PROPERLY ISOLATED! THERE has NEVER BEEN a PURIFIED ISOLATE. 

The Discoverer, Luc Montagnier, has stated this MANY TIMES. " If you start off with a DIRTY ISOLATE (UNPURIED), everything in the ISOLATE is UNPURIED."

 There are PROTEINS even in CELLULAR WASTE. 

Which means Nothing in the UNPURIED ISOLATE is PROTEIN SPECIFIC!

 Nothing is DNA SPECIFIC! 

Nothing is GENE SPECIFIC! 

Which means there can be NO SPECIFIC IDENTIFICATION of HIV.

 It's just COMMON SENSE. 

You CANNOT START OFF with DIRTY WATER, and END UP with CLEAN WATER. UNLESS the PROCESS is MANIPULATED. 

In the CASE of HIV, being that the particles are so (Microscopically SMALL). The PROCESS (in OUR OPINION) was UNJUSTLY MANIPULATED, to ACHIEVE an ILLEGAL GOAL. And many people lost their life, because of IT.

 This is THE CRUST of OUR LEGAL Argument!

 In this type of COURT ARGUMENT, OUR LEGAL TEAM doesn't have to PROVE the NONEXISTENT of HIV. What has to happen is the DEFENSE has to PROVE that HIV CAUSES the DISEASE of AIDS. 

Being that so many people are dying BECAUSE of THEIR SUGGESTION that HIV is the CAUSE OF AIDS. Let's get them (the SCIENTISTS) to PROVE such a THING, in COURT.
